Snaitech S.p.A. is the owner of Snai La Maura racecourse and two more racecourses, one in Milan (Snai San Siro) and one in Montecatini Terme (Snai Sesana). La Maura, built in 2015 to host trot races, has an area of 17 hectares with a track of 1,050 meters, potentially extendable up to one mile. Soil and subsoil of San Siro historical track were used for La Maura racecourse.

Stables may host 160 horses. Grandstand offers 400 seats for its visitors. On a race day, visitors may count on a large car park, bar and betting hall. Registered journalists have full access to the press room, located next to the track and fully equipped with monitors and wi-fi connection.
