SNAITECH S.p.A. Group operates the San Siro SNAI Racetrack, the La Maura SNAI Racetrack and the Sesana SNAI Racetrack in Montecatini Terme (Pistoia).
For over a century, the gallop racetrack of Milan has been one of the most prestigious horse racing venues at the worldwide level. The tracks are considered among the most selective in the world thanks to the various different types of tracks (four for level races, one for hurdle races, one for steeple-chase and one of cross country races) and it is possible to hold races at distances ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 meters for level races, and up to 5,000 meters for hurdle/obstacle races.
On the grass of the San Siro Gallop Racetrack, some of the greatest thoroughbreds in the history of horse racing have run, fought and won. These include Tenerani, Ribot, Sirlad, Tony Bin, Falbrav. There are many prestigious names among jockeys as well, such as Enrico Camici, Frankie Dettori and Mirko Demuro only to name a few.
The gallop racetrack, the only racetrack in the world that has been declared a monument of national interest, features immense areas of greenery and constitutes full-fledged oasis just a few minutes from the center of Milan.
